Spencer D. West

Spencer D. West is a partner, shareholder and co-founder of the law firm of Mitchell & West, L.L.C. He specializes in the areas of Family and Corporate Litigation. Mr. West is licensed to practice law in Florida and Massachusetts, including all Florida Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston in 1997 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 2001.

After graduating Law school Mr. West spent nearly two years in the public service sector before working as some of Florida’s leading law firms, including Wicker, Smith, O'Hara McCoy, Graham & Ford, P.A. in Miami and subsequently at a prestigious Texas based litigation firm in Broward County. Mr. West has extensive trial experience throughout Florida’s State and Federal Courts and has been counsel on many high-profile cases. Mr. West is routinely sought out by clients and other lawyers for his extensive expertise and dedication to fighting for his clients.
