Mr. Felix F. Canino, rated as AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.0 by Martindale Hubbell, has served as counsel for a number of corporate and individual clients for almost 20 years. He has practiced law handling real estate, mortgage foreclosure, banlauptcy, family law, commercial litigation and personal injury law. Mr. Canino regularly represents a broad spectrum of clients. He works closely with clients, general counsel and corporate management to find strategic and cost-effective solutions to complex legal problems.
Mr. Canino was formerly with the firms of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Miami, Florida and Greenberg Traurig LLP in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Canino was also the founder and managing member of Felix F. Canino, P.A., a real estate boutique focusing on commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Canino obtained his undergraduate degree with cum laude honors from the University of Miami majoring in Accounting in 1983 and was a Certified Public Accountant for ten years prior to practicing law. Mr. Canino also obtained his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with summa cum laude honors from the University of Miami in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate degree with cum laude honors in 1996. Mr. Canino was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and graduated with honors in the top 10% of his graduating class.
Mr. Canino has over 30 years of combined professional work experience working on accounting, auditing, tax, finance and law.
