Mr. West handled my custody case, and it was a tough one. I had lost my custodial rights of my daughter through child services for over 10 years due to addiction. Her father refused to let me see her the whole 10 years. He lived in Florida with her, and I resided in Louisiana, which made it even more difficult. I have had to hire a few attorneys throughout my lifetime, and I have never seen a lawyer litigate like Spencer West. He is a sharp-witted, aggressive litigator. Nothing gets by him and he is quick to prove lies of the opposition. He was very easy to talk to and so understanding throughout the whole case. At the end, I received joint custody back of my daughter!!! His team of paralegals are beyond awesome and really down to earth and so easy to communicate with. They are really on top of their game!!! I recommend him 100 out of 100 if you’re wanting to win your custody case or any case for that matter!!! Thank you, Mr. West, for giving me a second chance with my daughter.
